We are working with a charity whom support adults with learning difficulties and they are looking for more support workers to join their existing team.
Your new role
We are looking for full and part-time Support Workers with a positive attitude to support people to achieve their life goals such as employment, education and housing, to connect to and engage with their community and to maintain good health and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be Adventurous – Friendly – Encouraging – Supportive of relationships – Respectful and Resourceful.You will be required to work flexibly and will be expected to be available evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Excellent communication skills
* Team working skills
* 6 months previous experience in a social care role in the last 2 years as a minimum
