An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities supplier as an Administrator Assistant, our client is currently seeking a Contact Agent / Administrator based in Hinckley, Leicester LE10 0NA. This a full-time temporary contract for 6 months paying £8.30 per hour, working a 37.5-hour week.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm although you may be asked to come in at a slightly earlier time on holiday dates.
Duties and Activities:
Admin role within the Network Control team. This is a small team with a high workload so being a good team player is essential. The role involves a lot of phone work so we would need someone who is comfortable with this and also comfortable with working in a busy environment. As a safety critical team we also need to ensure that they have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Admin duties include phone work, auditing paperwork, management of email .box, filing and other admin tasks.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent customer service skills with a passion to go above and beyond
Eye for detail in data input to ensure safety compliance.
Proficient in the use of office applications and company systems including Microsoft Office
